Two of Appalachia's best kept secrets have joined forces to bring you some heart-wrenching warmth this autumn.
Charleston, West Virginia's Roy F. Bush has been releasing a steady stream of quietly moving solo offerings since early 2016. His work caught our ears and we are glad to be a part of the bridging of his sound with our old friend, Kentucky's own Dylan Combs'(Lost Swimmer, Lonesome Pine Drive In), who has recently began recording under the moniker TownselTurner.
The project's name is an homage to Dylan's grandparents, and his songs will evoke the warmth and nostalgia that harkens from spending time at your grandmother's home on a cold, gray Appalachian autumn day. Keep an eye out on both of these songwriters--from what we can tell they have a lot more left to say.
